Is there an elevator or stairs to access the condo?

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Access requires walking up one flight of stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or difficulty climbing stairs.

How far is the condo from the beach?

Fort De Soto Park is about a 10 minute drive (makes it perfect for sunrise/sunset beach adventures).

St. Petersburg / downtown is around 15–20 minutes depending on traffic.

Local beaches (small waterfront access or nearby public beaches) are just a few minutes away by car or boat.

Is parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking is available on first-come first-serve. The building F is behind the building D and E, so is a little walkway, but worth it as it is a bayfront unit, right by the pool.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the unit or the community per HOA rules (only for owners living full time, hence you may see some pets there).

Can I book directly or only through Airbnb/Vrbo?

You can choose whichever is most convenient, we’re listed on both Airbnb and Vrbo. We cannot book directly, to protect both of us.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in: After 3 PM

Check-out: By 11 AM

Please note requests to check-in earlier or check-out later will be considered based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

Where is Tierra Verde Stays located?

Our condo is located in beautiful Tierra Verde, Florida, right on the waterfront with sweeping views of Tampa Bay. You’re just minutes away from beaches, marinas, and local dining.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We try to be flexible when possible. If the schedule allows, early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, just let us know in advance, and we’ll see what we can do. Please note is not guaranteed and it will depends if we have same day guest or not.

How do I check in?

We offer self check-in via keypad / smart lock. You’ll receive the access code and instructions before arrival, so there’s no need to meet in person.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Generally we require a 2-night minimum stay. During peak season or special weekends (holidays, events), we may have a 3-night minimum.
